Likewise, by interacting with us through Meta platforms (Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp), you authorize the processing of the information and messages exchanged for service, support, relationship, and communication purposes. The use of this data observes the policies and terms of the respective platforms — including the Messenger Platform Policies, the WhatsApp Business API, and the Instagram APIs — and our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time in your account settings at the provider or by ending/blocking the conversation on Meta channels.

All rights relating to the services, including trademarks, logos, software, layouts, and content, belong to ADJ Tech or its licensors. No provision of these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The court of the district of ADJ Tech headquarters is elected to resolve any disputes, except as otherwise provided by law.
