1.2. Automatically generated information

  • Access logs: we automatically collect application access logs, which may include the IP address, with date and time, used to access the platform. This data is collected on a mandatory basis, as required by Law 12.965/2014 (Brazilian Internet Civil Framework), but will be provided to third parties only with your express authorization or by court order.
  • Communications with us: when you communicate with us, we collect information about the communication, including metadata such as date, IP, and time, as well as all of its content and any information you choose to provide.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies, that is, text files generated and stored in your browser or device by sites, applications, and online ads, as detailed in section 5.

1.3. Information from Meta platforms

When you interact with us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp, we may collect your username, account identifier, profile picture, and the content of the messages exchanged, as well as the data needed to provide service and communication through these channels.

2. How we use your data

We value your privacy and, for this reason, all data and information about you are treated with the highest confidentiality, being used only for the purposes described and known and authorized by you.

2.1. Authorized uses

We may use your data to:

  • Allow you to access and use all the features of our platform;
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
  • Send messages, alerts, notifications, and updates regarding support or services provided, products, services, promotions, news, updates, events, and other matters of interest to you, including by email, SMS, and WhatsApp;
  • Carry out marketing activities, disclosure of promotions and offers, audience segmentation, and behavior analysis, metrics, and usage tracking, including through large-scale data processing and aggregation (map reduce), for statistical purposes and for improving and personalizing the services;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and security incidents;
  • Verify or authenticate the information you provide, including by comparing it with data collected from other sources;
  • Any purpose you authorize at the time of data collection.

We may occasionally use data for purposes other than those provided for in this Policy, but always within your legitimate expectations. Any use for purposes that do not meet this prerogative will be carried out with your prior authorization. You may, at any time, object to the use of your data for marketing purposes and unsubscribe from promotional communications, as described in the "Data subject rights" section.

2.2. Deletion of data

All collected data will be deleted from our servers upon your request, through a free and simple procedure, or when it is no longer necessary or relevant for providing the services, unless there is another reason to keep it, such as a legal obligation to retain data or the need to preserve it to protect our rights.

3. Sharing of information

We may share your information in the following situations:

  • With service providers and technology partners acting on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations;
  • With third parties, business partners, and advertising platforms, for marketing purposes, disclosure of promotions and offers, audience segmentation, and campaign tracking, including through channels such as email, SMS, and WhatsApp;
  • When requested by court order or by a competent authority.

All the information we store about you may be considered an asset in the event of negotiations of which we are a part. In this sense, we reserve the right to include your data among the company assets, should it be sold, acquired, or merged with another. Through this Policy, you agree and are aware of this possibility.

4. Integrations with Google, Microsoft, and Meta

The use and transfer of information received from the Google and Microsoft APIs follow the respective policies of these platforms, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and the applicable Limited Use requirements.

When you interact with us through the platforms of Meta Platforms, Inc. — Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp —, data processing also observes Meta policies and terms, including the Messenger Platform Policies, the WhatsApp Business API, and the Instagram APIs. We use the data from these platforms to respond to and handle your requests, provide support, continue conversations, send authorized communications and, where applicable, for marketing and relationship purposes within the limits allowed by each platform. Message content is used only for the service and communication purposes it is intended for.

In all cases, we use this data exclusively for the purposes authorized by you at the time of consent, and we do not use it in a manner incompatible with the terms of the respective platforms. You may revoke access at any time through the security settings of your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions), Microsoft (account.live.com/consent/Manage), or Meta, in the apps and websites settings of Facebook/Instagram, as well as by ending or blocking the conversation on the messaging channels.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

  • Essential cookies: necessary for the operation of the site and authentication features.

Our servers are located in different places to ensure stability and security, and can only be accessed through previously authorized communication channels.

All your information will, whenever possible, be encrypted, as long as this does not make its use by the platform unfeasible. At any time you may request a copy of your data stored in our systems. We will keep the data and information only for as long as it is necessary or relevant for the purposes described in this Policy, for periods predetermined by law, or for as long as it is necessary to maintain our legitimate interests.
