IT consulting with an executable plan

Technical diagnostic, architecture and roadmap. We come in to support big calls — stack choice, cloud cost, applied AI model — and leave with an executable plan.

Consulting usually ends in a polished deck nobody can act on. Ours ends in a document with the decision made, the order of execution and an owner — something your team can start on the following Monday.

We come in for expensive decisions: changing stack, redesigning architecture, cutting a cloud bill, deciding where applied AI actually pays. And we leave once the decision is made.

Where we operate

  • Stack and tech debt audit
  • Solutions and cloud architecture
  • Applied AI strategy
  • Legacy modernization program

What you get

  • Executive report + quarterly plan
  • Effort and cost estimate
  • Workshops with the internal team
  • Optional execution oversight

Which decisions justify consulting

Decisions that are expensive to reverse. Picking a framework for a three-month project does not need a consultant; picking the architecture that will carry the operation for the next five years does.

It also helps when competent people inside the company genuinely disagree. There the value is not one more opinion — it is someone with no stake in the dispute structuring the trade-off.

What you keep

An architecture document with each decision and its rationale, including the alternatives that were discarded and why. That record is what stops the company from relitigating the same debate a year later.

Plus a roadmap prioritised by impact over effort, including what you can do without us. Consulting that only works while it stays contracted is not consulting, it is dependency.

Frequently asked questions

  • How long does an engagement last?

Most assessments take two to six weeks depending on the size of the operation. We stay long enough to understand and recommend; execution is a separate contract, and you are free to execute with another vendor or in-house.

  • Do you recommend your own team for the execution?

Only when it makes sense, and we say when it does not. The assessment is written to be executable by any competent team, and the vendor recommendation is separated from the technical analysis on purpose.

  • Will you assess whether we should adopt AI?

Yes, and the answer is often 'in one part, not throughout'. We look for repetitive volume where an occasional reviewable error is tolerable, and say where conventional code stays cheaper and more predictable.
